MR Imaging of Cavernous Hemangioma of the Optic Chiasm J Comput Assist Tomogr 13:1087-1088, Tien,R.&Dillon,W.P., 1989 See this aricle in Pubmed Article Abstract We report a case of a cavernous hemangioma of the optic chiasm that caused a fluctuating course of visual field impairment.Magnetic resonance(MR) imaging of the mass showed a complete peripheral hemosiderin rim and multiple foci of hemosiderin in the mass.
