MR Imaging of Cavernous Hemangioma of the Optic Chiasm

Article Abstract
We report a case of a cavernous hemangioma of the optic chiasm that caused a fluctuating course of visual field impairment.Magnetic resonance(MR) imaging of the mass showed a complete peripheral hemosiderin rim and multiple foci of hemosiderin in the mass.
